To facilitate the sustainable development of Barbados’ tourism industry through sound policy, strategic research, marketing, product and infrastructural development and the regulation and control of all aspects of civil aviation and maritime affairs, to promote inclusive economic growth in Barbados.

To be a world-class Government organisation leading and co-ordinating the sustainable development of Barbados’ tourism and international transport industry.
