Biography
Mr. Charley Browne is a career public officer with over 33 years of public service experience. Mr. Browne is currently assigned as the Permanent Secretary (International Transport), Ministry of Tourism and International Transport.
Mr. Browne’s public service career has spanned several ministries which has allowed him to build a formidable and extensive repository of knowledge and skills, relative to the Public Service. He is considered to have extensive subject matter expertise in Strategic Planning, Business Process Re-engineering, Organisational Development, e-Government and ICT just to list a few. Mr. Browne holds a Masters in Management with a concentration in Information Technology from the University of South Florida, USA.
